By ordering through alt-tickets you have agreed to comply with the rules and regulations of the individual venue. Please refer to the venue’s policies for further details.
Tickets are non refundable unless a show is cancelled or postponed. In such an event, Alt-tickets can only refund the face value and booking fee of your tickets, the transaction fee is non-refundable. (This helps to cover our costs, as the booking fee and transaction fee are the only part of your payment that go to us). We will do our best to contact you by email, phone or in writing using the details you gave us when you made your booking to let you know to return your tickets to us. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to check if the event is going ahead as advertised (date, time and venue), as Alt-tickets cannot always guarantee that we can let you know of these changes - of course we do try!
Venue management reserve the right to refuse admission and customers may be subject to a search on entry. Refunds are not available for customers who have been either refused entry or ejected from a venue for failing to comply with regulations.
Alt-tickets cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets, this includes tickets lost during mail forwarding. Tickets cannot be re-issued in such circumstances. However, please note we are more than happy to amend your delivery address prior to dispatch by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org
All advertised bills may be subject to change without prior warning; refunds are not available for changes to supporting acts.
Please check the age restrictions applied to a show and take valid ID if required. Valid forms of ID are Passport, Driver License and Portman prove it cards. Not providing the correct ID may result admission being refused and without a refund.
We do not post tickets outside of the UK or to university halls of residence.
